Jeremy turned to SlimFast when the press commented on his weight during his appearance on Celeb X-Factor; "The recent press criticism of me did get to me, but it was also the wake-up call I needed. It made me want to make a positive change - for me, yes, but also for my wife and daughter". This gave Jeremy the motivation to start his weight loss journey, but it wasn't the first time he felt the heat to look good for the cameras, "there is this huge pressure to still look and be the same size I was 25 years ago. Rather than aspire to unrealistic images (e.g. Love Island), I think it's better to aim for healthier and more realistic versions of ourselves".
After two weeks on the SlimFast 3.2.1. Plan Jeremy started to see results and his friends noticed too! "My friends and family started to notice my weight loss quite quickly; a friend quipped: "Oi Jeremy, you've got your face back mate! ". Although he was ribbing me, it felt good to know the SlimFast Plan was working!
Jeremy is now feeling confident again and loves fitting back into his Gucci wedding suit. We think you look fab Jeremy, keep up the good work!
