Josh started on the SlimFast Plan back in 2014 after he saw a photo of himself at a friend’s wedding and he decided it was time to take some action. His goal was to look and feel better in a year.
Following The Plan helped him to start to see the difference – impressive! But by Christmas, five months later, Josh was getting closer to his weight loss target. His confidence soared and, for the first time, he was able to start taking regular exercise. He was down from an XXXL T-shirt and a 40-inch waist to a comfortable L and 34 inches. This summer, Josh is a new man!
